Nscale is hiring a Director of Operations & Maintenance for the Monarch Compute Campus in Mason County, West Virginia, its flagship North American AI data centre site. The job builds the O&M organisation from pre-operational planning onward: recruiting a 100+ person local team, writing operating and maintenance procedures, leading commissioning handover with the EPC, running 864 Caterpillar gas engines, switchgear and three data centre buildings, and managing OEM service agreements, permits and compliance.
