Wayve is hiring a Director of Fleet Ops Execution to run global on-road testing of its autonomous and assisted driving systems from its Sunnyvale office. The role owns end-to-end test delivery across the UK, US, Germany and Japan, manages regional Heads of Fleet Ops and the Demonstrations Manager, and sets global test planning and milestone cadences with Engineering and Product. Wayve wants experience leading large, multi-site technical operations or test delivery, including distributed teams; autonomous systems, robotics or automotive backgrounds are desirable.
