Waymo's AI Foundations group is hiring a director to own the data recipe for Foundation World Model pre-training and post-training. The role leads research scientists and engineers building a data flywheel from Waymo's driving data, sets practices for clustering, filtering, de-duplication and long-tail mining, and tests data techniques through ablations. It also shares recipes with engineering and research teams.
