Wayve seeks a Director of Engineering to lead its Product Engineering group within the AI Engineering organisation, reporting to the VP of Autonomy. The director holds the roadmap that turns AI model backbones into production autonomous-driving capability: curating training data, then training, tuning and debugging models shipped with OEM partners, across driving, ADAS, parking and HMI teams. The posting asks for experience leading matrixed or multi-layer teams and delivering autonomy products, plus roadmap and resource planning. Wayve calls the role critical to the business's financial success.
