Nebius is hiring a Development Manager for its Infrastructure Acquisition Group to lead AI data-center projects across the Americas from signed agreement through construction readiness. The work covers development roadmaps, budgets, schedules and risk registers, permitting and entitlement, utility and infrastructure planning, Go/No-Go recommendations, and handoff to the Delivery team.
