Scale AI is hiring a Deployment Strategist for DHS and DOJ accounts. The individual-contributor role combines sales and account leadership: owning a multi-million-dollar quota, shaping opportunities, drafting proposals, navigating federal contracting, and moving Agentic AI prototypes into scaled deployments. Duties include co-designing AI workflows with customers and coordinating with systems integrators and primes. The posting seeks 10+ years in federal enterprise IT sales, DHS/DOJ domain knowledge, $25M+ deals, and preferably an active Secret clearance. Based in Washington, DC, with 20–30% travel; commission is available.
