Nscale seeks a Deployment Engineering Director to lead and scale an engineering team responsible for core platform systems used across the company. The role covers multi-quarter platform initiatives, systems validation, reliability and delivery velocity, working with product management and partner engineering teams on scalability, infrastructure and developer tooling. Requirements include a computer science degree or similar, 10+ years of systems engineering management, hyperscale data centre or large cloud provider experience, and travel up to 50%. Preferred: Kubernetes, Terraform or Ansible, Linux tuning, and GPU burn-in and validation testing.
