Wayve is hiring a Demo Operator in Japan to run demonstrations of its autonomous driving software. The work covers supervising vehicle safety in real time, preparing vehicles and equipment, planning and adjusting demo routes, explaining system capabilities to partners, investors, media and technical teams, and logging anomalies for engineering. It asks for a full Japanese driving licence, eight years of driving mainly in Japan, no blameworthy insurance claims in three years, fluent English and Japanese, and prior demo-operator experience. The role is on-site in Tokyo and Yokohama.
