ElevenLabs is hiring a deal desk and pricing lead for its North American sales team. The person owns pricing and deal structure for complex enterprise deals, advises sales on commercials, maintains the Configure Price Quote tool with engineering, aligns Finance, Legal and Product, and builds pricing frameworks, discount guardrails and approval policies. Requirements include hands-on CPQ ruleset and price book configuration, finance or deal pricing experience (or investment banking or management consulting), financial modeling and a record of process automation. Remote in the US, working EST, CST or PST.
