Anthropic is hiring a data scientist to work alongside Developer Productivity engineering leadership on defining what developer productivity means in an AI-first organization and how to measure it. The person sets the measurement agenda, defines metrics, designs and runs experiments on internal tooling and workflow changes, builds pipelines, dashboards and models, and pushes back when the data does not support the prevailing narrative.
