ElevenLabs is hiring a Data Scientist to own the datasets and evaluation workflows behind its AI Safety work. The role covers data collection, cleaning, labelling, quality control and versioning, plus building production evaluation pipelines and lightweight Python and SQL tooling. Candidates should have data science experience with real-world datasets and ML models, strong Python and SQL, and the judgement to turn policy guidance into consistent labelling criteria. The work sits between data science, ML, AI safety and policy, based in London with a hybrid pattern.
