Deliveroo is hiring a Data Science Manager for its Merchants team in London, hybrid and full-time. The manager leads roughly four to seven data scientists covering merchant acquisition, supply models, order management and defects, churn and retention, and self-service partner tools, working with Product, Engineering, Strategy, Operations and Commercial. The posting asks for experience line-managing data scientists, a senior data science individual contributor background, and expertise in experimentation, causal inference or applied machine learning. It is hands-on management with technical involvement; merchant or marketplace experience is preferred but not required.
