Nebius runs an AI cloud platform and is hiring an IT manager for its Tallinn data center. The role leads an IT support team covering server hardware troubleshooting, hardware installation, upgrades and decommissioning, asset management and RMAs, documentation, and project planning, working alongside GPU cloud clusters. The posting asks for five or more years managing a team with hands-on server hardware diagnosis, data center and network equipment knowledge, ITIL/ITSM familiarity, basic Linux command-line skills, and advanced Excel. Base pay is 75,000–90,000 EUR a year plus bonus.
