Nebius, an AI cloud provider, is hiring a data center IT infrastructure engineer to diagnose and fix server firmware and hardware faults, process vendor RMA warranty replacements, and write processes, documentation and training material for the IT hardware team. The engineer acts as escalation point and subject matter expert for L1 and L2 technicians. Requirements include data center and server knowledge, deep hardware troubleshooting experience, Unix/Linux command line skills, equipment monitoring and data analysis, and strong English. Component-level SMD electronics repair and network troubleshooting are listed as bonuses.
