Anthropic is hiring a principal data center architect with civil, structural and architectural expertise for its infrastructure team. The person owns CSA reference design standards for AI compute facilities: site feasibility and test fits, approving design-build and AE deliverables at each stage, coordinating with MEP and IT teams on liquid-cooling and high-density racks, and overseeing construction. Requirements include 10+ years in mission-critical facilities, at least six in hyperscale data center CSA design, code proficiency (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318), and travel up to 40%. PE or architect license preferred.
