Anthropic is hiring a Customer Trust Specialist to handle customer-facing security engagements for large enterprises using Claude. The job involves negotiating security terms, completing complex questionnaires and RFPs, running on-site and remote security audits, and briefing customer CISOs on architecture, data handling and retention. The person would also build and verify machine-drafted responses in the team's AI-powered questionnaire automation, and write trust artifacts and playbooks. Anthropic prefers 10+ years in security, including 3+ years in security leadership, and hands-on customer-facing security work.
