Tenstorrent is hiring a lead for hands-on CPU core-level testbench development on high-performance out-of-order RISC-V cores. Duties include owning CVM-based verification methodology and reusable components, planning functional verification of ISA and microarchitectural features, writing UVM, assembly and C/C++ stimulus plus C++ functional models for RISC-V extensions and un-core blocks such as APIC and IOMMU, debugging regressions and closing coverage across simulation, emulation and post-silicon. Tooling pairs Python orchestration with AI agents. Applicants need 8+ years in CPU verification and deep out-of-order microarchitecture knowledge. Hybrid; Austin or Santa Clara.
