Firmus, which builds energy-efficient AI data centres and a GPU cloud, is hiring a cost engineer in Singapore for data center IT fit-out projects. The work is project cost control: budgets, forecasts, cash flow and spend tracking across procurement, logistics, installation and integration; reviewing vendor quotations and invoices; tracking change orders; and reporting to the project manager. It asks five to ten years in cost engineering, quantity surveying or project controls, strong Excel, and familiarity with Procore, MS Project or NetSuite. Data centre experience is preferred, not required.
