Anthropic is hiring a Corporate Development Integration Lead in San Francisco, on-site, to own the post-signing side of its M&A activity: confirmatory diligence, integration planning, and day-one and day-100 execution. The work includes technical deep dives with engineering and research leaders, building an integration playbook, retention plans for acquired teams, and integration KPIs for executives. The posting asks for technical fluency, cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, legal, HR and finance, and 10+ years of corporate development or M&A integration experience.
