Firmus is hiring a permanent, on-site Contract Administrator in Sydney to support contracts across its AI infrastructure and capital projects. The role maintains contract registers and trackers, coordinates supplier and contractor documentation, assists procurement and contract workflows, tracks obligations, supports variations and claims, and prepares reports. The posting asks for a tertiary qualification in commerce, business, procurement or law, five to eight years in contract, procurement or project administration, strong Excel and Word skills, and stakeholder coordination. It reports to the Head of Property & Capital Projects.
