Anthropic is hiring a Compute Country Lead in Seoul to own its compute build-out in Korea, from site selection through construction and operations, scaling toward multiple gigawatts. The role coordinates in-country specialists in leasing, energy, financing, policy, community engagement and construction, and represents Anthropic to Korean government, utility and industry stakeholders. The posting wants someone with an energy or infrastructure background, comfortable leading cross-functional teams without line authority and working in ambiguity. Korean nationality with government and energy ties is strongly preferred.
