Anthropic's Public Policy team is hiring a Sydney-based community engagement manager for its Australian data centre markets. The role is the company's on-the-ground presence near sites it selects, builds and operates: building relationships with local councils, community and workforce partners, running listening sessions and town halls, monitoring local sentiment, coordinating donations, and working with real estate, energy and communications teams. Applicants need experience in community or government affairs on large infrastructure, energy or technology projects, willingness to travel up to 50%, and to help write a scalable engagement playbook.
