The role owns commissioning strategy and execution for a large-scale self-build data center in OpenAI's Industrial Compute organization. Work spans early construction planning through startup, functional testing, integrated systems testing, and turnover. The lead integrates commissioning into the master schedule, coordinates electrical, mechanical, and controls readiness, manages vendor commissioning partners, and reports readiness and risks to project leadership.
