OpenAI's Child Safety team seeks a Child Safety Enforcement Specialist for a hybrid role in San Francisco or US remote. The person reviews and investigates child safety content and behavior, including CSAM and grooming signals, leads high-risk escalations, prepares NCMEC CyberTip reports, and analyzes data for trends and workflow improvements. The posting asks for child safety or comparable Trust & Safety investigative experience, sensitive-content judgment, NCMEC reporting knowledge, and data-pattern analysis. SQL or statistics is a plus; engineering is not required. It works with Legal, Policy, Product, Engineering, and operations.
