Anthropic is hiring a lead for Capital Markets – Infrastructure Financing to structure and execute financings supporting its compute infrastructure strategy. The person owns financing workstreams end to end: structuring, counterparty engagement, term negotiation, documentation, and close, working with compute, treasury, legal, finance, and accounting teams. The posting asks for experience leading complex financings through close, independent negotiation with external counterparties, financial modeling, credit analysis, and structuring; preferred background is 8–10 years in infrastructure investing, private equity, private credit, or investment banking. Base pay is $325,000–$425,000.
