OpenAI's Business Marketing team is hiring a Business Operations Manager in Strategy & Operations. The role runs budget administration — allocations, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, reconciliation — across campaigns, events, agencies and regions, and partners with Strategic Finance, Procurement and Data Science on tradeoffs and ROI. It also involves building models, dashboards and AI-enabled budget workflows, embedded in the business, not back-office. It asks for 4+ years in business operations, strategic finance, FP&A, marketing operations or consulting, with hands-on work on large budgets and contracts. Hybrid, three days a week.
