Cursor, which builds an AI coding tool, is hiring a Billing Support Manager for its APAC shift, remote in the Philippines. The role manages about ten billing agents — queues, escalations, one-to-ones, QA, scheduling — and owns org-wide programs: the QA rubric, training, escalation playbooks and hiring for billing agents. It reports to the Billing Manager alongside three Associate Managers. The posting asks for seven-plus years in support operations, two in management, with Stripe and subscription-billing experience preferred and enough technical fluency to work with Product and Engineering.
