Celonis is hiring an Associate Applied (AI) Value Engineer through its 12-month Orbit graduate program, in the Value Engineering team. The customer-facing role covers AI discovery, prototyping in customer hackathons, proof-of-value projects and executive presentations, built on the Celonis Process Intelligence platform with SQL, PQL and Python. Candidates need a STEM degree, strong academics, internships or one-to-two years' experience, and generative AI knowledge such as RAG and multi-agent orchestration. Clients are Nordic, so travel is expected; the Madrid onboarding may lead to Stockholm or Copenhagen.
