Celonis is hiring an Associate Applied AI Value Engineer for its 12-month Orbit graduate program, based in the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence. The work is customer-facing: discovering AI use cases with strategic DACH clients, building prototypes in SQL, PQL and Python during hackathons, running proof-of-value projects, and presenting quantified business value to executives. The posting asks for a STEM degree, strong academic record, internship or 1–2 years of experience, and knowledge of generative AI methods such as RAG, prompt engineering or multi-agent orchestration. Onboarding starts in Madrid, with possible later relocation to Munich.
