Celonis seeks an Associate Applied (AI) Value Engineer for its 12-month Orbit graduate program, based on-site in Madrid, Spain. The role sits in the Value Engineering team and works with customers on AI discovery, prototyping, Proof-of-Value projects, agentic process transformation, and value presentations. It requires a STEM degree, strong academics, internship or 1–2 years’ experience, plus Python, SQL/PQL, data engineering, and generative AI techniques such as RAG, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, or fine-tuning. Australian visa holders onboard in Global Hubs before relocating to an APAC office.
