Cerebras is hiring an Applied AI Scientist for its FieldML team in the UAE, on-site and full-time. The work mixes customer engagements with hands-on model building: scoping use cases, assessing data readiness, then designing training recipes, continuous pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, RLHF or DPO alignment, and agentic components with tool use and long-context reasoning, scaled across Cerebras clusters.
