xAI is hiring Sinhala-speaking AI tutors to train and refine Grok's voice and speech capabilities. The work covers labelling and annotating multilingual audio clips, providing voice recordings, transcribing speech across accents and audio quality, and translating interface copy, prompts and responses from English into Sinhala. Tutors also collaborate with technical staff on tasks involving accent variation, background noise and annotation tooling.
