xAI is hiring Norwegian-speaking AI tutors to improve Grok's multilingual voice and speech handling. The work is audio annotation: labelling multilingual clips, recording voice samples, transcribing accented speech, and giving feedback on prosody and audio quality using in-house tools, plus helping improve annotation workflows. Requirements include native Norwegian, English at B2, strong auditory perception, and consistent transcription of noisy or accented audio. Linguistics, speech-science or voice-acting background is preferred; a portfolio of voice samples or annotated transcripts is strongly preferred.
