xAI is hiring an AI Tutor for Design to improve its models with design annotations and examples. The work involves evaluating outputs across visual assets, layouts, documents, websites, prototypes and games, writing precise critiques of what works and why, and recreating weak work to a high standard. Applicants need demonstrated excellence in one design discipline, a portfolio, a firm grasp of hierarchy, typography, spacing and color, and fluent written English. Strength in more than one domain, accessibility knowledge and Figma or Adobe tools are preferred. The role is remote worldwide, with no visa sponsorship.
