xAI is hiring Danish-speaking AI tutors to annotate and record multilingual audio that trains Grok's voice and speech capabilities. The work involves labeling audio clips, transcripts and voice samples in proprietary software, flagging intonation, accent and noise, and helping technical staff improve annotation tools. Applicants need native Danish, English at B2, sharp auditory perception and precise transcription across accents. A linguistics or speech-science background and a portfolio of voice or annotation work are preferred. Pay is $35–$45/hour for US-based candidates; no visa sponsorship.
