Ema, which builds an agentic AI platform for enterprise productivity, is hiring an AI Strategist in the San Francisco Bay Area for an onsite, full-time role. The person leads strategy on high-value enterprise accounts, advises client executives on AI transformation roadmaps and business cases, works with the CEO, CRO and leadership on deal strategy, and runs workshops, discovery sessions and executive briefings. The posting asks for 7–12 years' experience, including a Senior Engagement Manager or Project Leader stint at McKinsey, BCG, Bain or similar, and familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI sales cycles.
