Anthropic is hiring a Spanish-speaking outcomes manager for its Customer Success team, covering a small book of large enterprise technology accounts. The job is to act as a strategic advisor: map customer business goals onto Claude products (API, Claude Code, Cowork), maintain account and success plans, run executive business reviews, track usage and optimization, and lead adoption and change-management programs. It asks for six or more years in customer success, technical account management, solutions engineering or strategy consulting, native English and Spanish, and hands-on experience building with Claude Code, agents and tooling.
