Databricks is hiring an AI Forward Deployed Engineer for its AI FDE team, based in Stockholm and reporting to a senior manager for EMEA. The role is customer-facing: building and productionizing GenAI applications, owning production rollouts, advising customers technically, and working with product and engineering on roadmap priorities. The posting asks for experience with RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL and fine-tuning using tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain and DSPy, plus production ML deployments on AWS, Azure or GCP and a quantitative graduate degree. Travel is expected every four to eight weeks.
