Databricks seeks an AI Forward Deployed Engineer for its AI FDE team, based in the Netherlands and reporting to the Senior Manager for AI FDE in EMEA. The customer-facing role covers building and productionizing GenAI applications, owning production rollouts, advising customers and shaping product priorities. The posting asks for hands-on industry data science experience; RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL and fine-tuning with HuggingFace, LangChain and DSPy; production ML deployments on AWS, Azure or GCP; and a quantitative graduate degree. Travel to customers happens every four to eight weeks.
