Fireworks AI is hiring an AI Field Engineer in Singapore, on-site and full-time, on the Enterprise track. The work is hands-on: building proofs-of-concept and production integrations inside customer codebases, sizing inference deployments, running load tests, and setting latency and cost baselines. The engineer also guides model selection, fine-tuning (SFT, DPO, RFT) and evaluation, and feeds field findings into the roadmap. It asks for 5+ years in customer-facing technical work, strong Python, Kubernetes and the LLM stack (vLLM, SGLang) on cloud GPUs, plus on-site embedding with customer teams.
