Fireworks AI is hiring an AI Field Engineer for its Enterprise track in London, working on-site with large customers adopting generative AI. The job is mostly hands-on: building proofs of concept and production integrations inside customer codebases, architecting inference deployments on vLLM and SGLang, running load and latency tests, and building fine-tuning and evaluation pipelines. It asks for five or more years in a customer-facing technical role, strong Python, Kubernetes, cloud and GPU experience, and knowledge of LLM serving and fine-tuning. Executive-level customer conversations are part of the work.
