Cursor is hiring an AI Deployment Manager to run the post-sale side of a portfolio of enterprise accounts, pushing adoption, retention and expansion of its AI coding tool. The job covers onboarding, enablement, rollout strategy, account health and usage monitoring, renewals with account executives, and feeding customer feedback into product priorities. It calls for customer-facing experience, comfort talking to developers and CTOs, knowledge of the SDLC and developer workflows, and data-driven prioritization. Cursor users or power users of AI coding tools are preferred.
