Amazon's Seller AI team in International Seller Services is hiring an AI Benchmarking Specialist in Bengaluru. The person will help plan and run benchmark and audit exercises for generative AI and LLM systems, define test plans, metrics and acceptance criteria, check datasets and model outputs for accuracy, relevance and privacy, validate annotations, and write audit reports for senior stakeholders. The posting requires B2 or above fluency in German and English. The role is onsite, full-time, and focuses on AI evaluation, quality assurance and process improvement.
