NVIDIA's AI Enablement Process group in Beijing hires a full-time intern to find bottlenecks in its software development workflows and prototype AI agents that address them: code generation, debugging, testing, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation and long-running tasks. The intern integrates agents into real development environments, measures reliability, accuracy, latency and resource use through reproducible experiments, and turns prototypes into maintainable Python. It asks for a CS-related degree, strong Python, grounding in operating systems and distributed systems, and hands-on use of coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor.
