Google's People Operations Engineering group seeks a software engineering manager to lead a team building agentic AI systems and intelligence infrastructure used across the company's workforce lifecycle. Work covers agentic architectures, reinforcement learning, reward models and classifiers to reduce hallucinations, plus model tuning, fine-tuning, evaluation and agent serving. Minimums include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, eight years developing managers and architecting ML systems, and five years in people management. Preferred: fifteen years of engineering management and alignment work.
