Reddit is hiring an engineering manager to lead its Ads conversion modeling team, which builds machine learning models predicting lower-funnel actions such as purchase, signup and add to cart. The manager sets the team's technical roadmap, oversees model development from ideation to deployment, and works with product, data science and other Ads engineering groups. Requirements include two or more years managing machine learning teams, plus ranking, recommendation or ads conversion modeling experience. The role is fully remote within the United States.
