ElevenLabs, an AI voice, music and video company, is hiring a remote adoption strategist for Asia-Pacific. The new role works on repeatable programmes rather than single accounts: onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops and playbooks that move corporate and mid-market customers to a first use case and then into others. The person would audit customer agent prompts and configurations, track adoption metrics with revenue operations, and need six or more years in enablement, digital customer success or growth at a technical company, plus familiarity with voice AI or developer-facing products.
