Waymo's 2027 summer internship in simulation evaluation takes enrolled Master's and PhD students with a term left. The intern parses large-scale simulation logs and multi-agent events into structured graphs, develops temporal graph models of interacting agents, and builds a hybrid retrieval engine mixing embeddings, keyword search and graph traversal for scenario discovery and failure analysis. Python or C++ on Linux and deep learning frameworks are required; graph, retrieval or simulation experience is preferred. Based in Mountain View; $70 or $85 an hour.
