Udio is an AI music creation platform for making songs from text prompts, lyrics, genre tags, or uploaded audio. Users can generate variations, edit lyrics and tracks, organize songs in playlists and folders, and share music with others.

It is used by musicians, content creators, and people experimenting with songwriting. A free account is available, while subscriptions increase credit limits and unlock additional features. Udio does not currently offer a public API, and audio, video, and stem downloads were disabled after changes associated with its Universal Music Group partnership.
