PathExplore analyzes hematoxylin and eosin whole-slide images, segmenting tissue regions and classifying cells to produce standardized human-interpretable features about the tumor microenvironment. It measures cell counts, tissue areas, densities, spatial distributions, and nuclear morphology.
It is used by biopharma teams, academic medical centers, and translational researchers for biomarker discovery, tumor biology studies, cohort analysis, and treatment-response research. PathExplore is for research use only, not diagnostic procedures. PathAI does not publish standard pricing; academic access to TCGA-derived HIF data is free, while non-academic access is licensed.
